A few weeks ago some friends and I had a Vegan Pizza Party.
I made this:
Spinach Salad with blanched almonds, grapefruit segments and a mint basil vinaigrette
The Spicy Vegan made this:
Spicy and delicious hot wings with homemade ranch sauce and celery
Other notable eats:
Yes, that is homemade vegan pepperoni sitting among those toppings, made by the fabulous Garrett of Back to Eden Bakery.
Before the oven. The cheese is the incredibly melty Daiya Cheese. Also on this pizza: Red sauce, pineapple, basil, red onion, and Garrett's pepperoni.
Before the oven. Fabulous Pesto base with yellow peppers, asparagus, vegan sausage crumbles and black olives.
Ready to eat.
Talk about Yum.
