A few pictures from family weekend in Cave Junction in late January. My camera hadn't been working too well, so there's not too many. It's working better now (thanks Mike) so look for new posts about some recipes I've been making to come soon (like vegan potato kale enchiladas with a green chile sauce--Mmmmmmm!).
This post includes Dad, Ahi, and I; the vegetable aisle in Shop Smart; the mexican food restaurant we tried for the first in Grants Pass and LOVED; one of my vegan pumpkin chocolate chip muffins; and part of Ahi's face with a smorgsaboard of snacky treats and his banana margarita.
